The Education Transformation Alliance Scholarship Fund supports families and educators within Austin’s alternative education community. Our goal is to reduce financial barriers for students attending small, independent schools that prioritize creative, inclusive learning.
About the Scholarship
ETA’s scholarship program offers financial support for tuition and educational resources to families committed to alternative education models. Applications are reviewed anonymously (double-blind process) to ensure fairness and equity for all applicants.
Eligibility
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be applying to an alternative or school in the Central Texas area
- Demonstrate financial need (family income, tuition amount, and requested aid)
- Complete the application form before the deadline
Application Process
- Complete the anonymous application form below.
2. The ETA Scholarship Committee will review all submissions using a rubric-based evaluation system.
3. Selected applicants will be contacted privately for next steps.
4. All applicants will receive an email notification once decisions are finalized.
Note: You do not need to submit any identifying documents at this stage.
Finalists will be contacted for verification only after selection.
